Returns & Exchanges

At Larroudé, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved designing it. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 21 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Larroudé box and packaging, then secure it inside a shipping carton with the return label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
